Service Description

Crafted exclusively for discerning hospitality business owners seeking to enchant, captivate, and elevate their bookings. Our package is the epitome of refined visual storytelling, designed to leave a lasting impression on potential guests. Each shot is meticulously composed to embody the essence of your establishment, capturing the ambiance, details, and unique offerings that set you apart. This package includes: - 40 images of the property's interior, exterior, amenities and scripted action photos. We take extra time to highlight the properties unique finishings and style. - We also include 6 aerial photos to help your guests get a feel for the properties environment and location. - 20 second social media reel with music background - 1 minute cinematic video, narrated by management or leadership, edited in interview format to immerse your potential guests even further in your space and capture the ambience of your accommodations. *Drone flights are subject to weather, temperature, airspace, local by-laws, permits and safety of bystanders and aircraft. *Mileage is included for properties located in Edmonton, Sherwood Park or St. Albert. Mileage outside of these areas is charged at $0.55 per KM outside the city limits to the property and back to the city limits. Please note, mileage will be billed separately (post service) for bookings placed and paid online.


Cancellation Policy

At Bright House Media, we strive to provide you with exceptional visual media services and the utmost convenience. In order to maintain the high standard of service that you expect from us, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation of Appointments: Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling of Appointments: Rescheduling of appointments must be done no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you wish to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a rescheduling fee amounting to 25 percent of the session cost will apply. Refund Policy: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we kindly request your understanding in adhering to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to effectively manage our schedule and allocate resources to provide the best service to all our clients.
